Actualy, it seems Atonement heals are still unaffected by Grace.

Just tried it on a test dummy on myself. Without Grace, Atonement was healing me on average for around 4050. Penanced myself to bring Grace to x3, then Smited the dummy a dozen more times, none of the Atonement heals landed for more than 4050.

Atonement DOES, however, now benefit from the 15% bonus from Archangel.
