Orbs should go BoE. The poster that said, "this is the best change ever! I love you, Blizz," must have been kidding.

i think you're a bit retarded for saying that. this is a hotfix, not a content patch. as it stands this is the best they can do RIGHT NOW, and as such it's the best news people with professions that are capable of doing heroics could have heard. they will go BoE eventually.. everyone knows this

I'm fine with them still being BoP. If they were BoE, they'd be selling for ridiculous amounts and making it even harder for people who took the time to level LW/BS/eng/tailoring to craft gear for themselves and guildmates.

that also doesn't make any sense. ultimately, removing BoP would actually allow crafters to make gear a lot quicker. currently as it stands it allows blizzard to gate the craftable gear progression of realms - something i'm sure they're keen to do so soon after the release of the expansion.. except it doesn't quite work for guilds that are able to run heroics all day. even then, what you find is that you will have 1 or 2 crafters per realm, per faction that control the market of craftable goods, allowing them to set their own ridiculous prices. I've already seen people charging upward of 10,000g per chaos orb they use when crafting items for you.removing that limitation would free up the market and prices would settle down to what they are genuinely worth based on the supply and demand. it's called a free market. ;-)
