I played a shaman for a 'server-first' raiding guild in Wrath. I always had interrupts, since Earth Shock (and later Wind Shear) worked from range. So I understand the pain of 5-10 minutes of interrupts.
What I didn't understand was the last part of that sentence. "so don't picking up this glyph and risk a disaster." I feel like the writer was trying to tell me not to get this glyph. But I can't tell where that sentence was is headed.

Yeah, that was my fault. Not really sure what I was thinking when I wrote it, but I changed the wording around to make it easy to understand. Basically, you don't want the glyph, since it could cause a disaster (being locked out of kick for 10+ seconds).
