I noticed all my healers are female also, though not by design, it just worked out that way. My prot-warrior and hunter are also female though, but I might race-change the hunter to worgen man anyway...

The simple reason really is that if it can be a gnome, I made a gnome, otherwise draenei, except the druid who is night elf. And no way in hell am I making a male draenei or night elf... But my gnomes are fairly eveny divided male/female.
