This isn't an accurate way to conclusively answer the question. It doesn't take into account alts (not to mention multiboxers, but those probably aren't very statistically significant). You'd have to change the question from referring to players you meet rather than characters you meet, but that would defeat the purpose of the question which is to see whether any given random female character is being played by a man or a woman.
