If you're like me and you enjoy both werewolves and comic books, then you'll be happy to hear that
Curse of the Worgen #2 is now on sale. Published by DC Comics,
Curse of the Worgen #2 continues the adventures of Detective Halford Ramsey as he investigates a string of grisly murders. It also looks into the history of this ferocious race, and the convoluted connections they hold with the night elf druids.
I have the first issue myself, and I highly recommend this series. The script is by Micky Neilson and James Waugh, and art is by the famed Ludo Lullabi and Tony Washington. You can
pick up Curse of the Worgen #2 online or at your local comic book retailer.

I haven't read this comic yet (I really want to), but I wonder if they'll do a hard cover book once all 5 comics are out, like they did with the other WoW comics...? If they do that, then I will wait.

Nice use of "loaded" language. I like the worgen storyline personally. Using the term "convoluted" in your post makes the impression on a reader that somehow the story is off and just another lol lore thing from Blizz. "Complex" or "Intricate" on the other hand are not loaded words that you could have used yet convey a more positive meaning.

That dude in the picture is totally a servant of The Nothing.
Just sayin'

For serious.

"If you come any closer, I will rip you to shreds."
"Who are you?"
"I am G'rowl. And you, whoever you are, can have the honor of being my last victim."
"I will not die easily. I am a PvP Arms warrior!"
"Ha! Brave warrior, then fight the Cataclysm."
"But I can't! I can't get beyond the boundaries of Azeroth!"
[G'rowl laughs]
"What's so funny about that?"
"Azeroth's boundaries cause Fatigue and death without exception."
[laughs]
"That's not true! You're lying."
"Foolish goblin. Don't you know anything about Azeroth? It's the world of multiplayer fantasy. Every part, every creature of it, is a piece of the code and design work of Blizzard. Therefore, its boundaries are designed to be insurmountable."
"But why is Azeroth dying, then?"
"Because players have begun to lose their enthusiasm and forget their Achievements. So the Cataclysm grows stronger."
"What is the Cataclysm?"
"It's the radical change that's left. It's like a reboot, remaking this world. And I have been trying to help it."
"But why?"
"Because players who have a clear path of progression are easy to control; and whoever has the control... has the power!"
"Who are you, really?"
"I am the servant of the power behind the Cataclysm. I was sent to kill the only one who could have stopped the Cataclysm. I lost him in the Swamp of Sorrows. His name... was Akilyu."
[the ground shakes again and Akilyu is knocked down. He grabs a knife shaped piece of broken stone and stands up, ready to fight]
"If we're about to die anyway, I'd rather die fighting! Come for me, G'rowl! *I* am Akilyu!"
Atreyu -was- green in the novel, you know.

Oh my gosh, Nonette. You are the best person ever. I am sharing this with all my nerdy friends.

Thank you! :D WTB edit button, though, since I thought of a couple of extra jokes to cram in after posting:
-"If you come any closer I will Rip you after some Shreds."
-[the ground shakes again and Akilyu is knocked down. He grabs a knife shaped piece of broken stone and pops Berserker Rage and Retaliation, ready to fight]

Soooo, looks good. Is there a Forsaken series after this that tells the rest of the story ? ;)

I am loving this series, the artwork is great. The coloring is fantastic. The purple night elf with the almost black hair and the awesome green tattoos is soooo cool. Even is he is a sort of homage to Illidan.

This series is the best thing blizzard has put out that isn't a game! I'm loving it.
