As for Heroic DM, cookie's tenderizer is a str mace with hit/mast. The secondary stats are VERY nice for us, much better than windslicer, and the mace is 2.8 speed which makes it a contender for one of our top OH's due to lava lash. This is the slowest 1h weapon at lvl 85, even epics are still 2.6. The tradeoff of str for agi is probably overcome by the slow speed and superior sub stats and may not be replaced till t12 depending on how the sims work out. Also remember LL is fire dmg so it grows larger due to mastery and at certain combinations of gear, mastery nears agi in value.

The problem with including Cookie's Tenderizer is that there was only one post on EJ claiming it's superiority, with no config OR output file to back it up and using an earlier version of the sim. While it's very well possible that there was nothing wrong with the test and it's a contender for the OH slot, I decided not to put it in without stronger evidence supporting it.On a side note, it would be hilarious to see Enh Shaman running around org in full epics with a heroic biting wind and cookie's tenderizer as weapons. Kind of points out the issues with the spec. xDAnd yep, I'm more than aware of mastery's ep value. If you're running spellpower mh w/ ft/ft, it actually is probably more than agility. In that case, Cookie's Tenderizer might really make an appearance as super awesome.
