"an open letter to blizzard" completely blew me away.

it's one of the rare things that i keep pointing to whenever someone asks, "but why play world of warcraft at all?" since it sums everything up so perfectly. not to mention it's hilarious tone, at points, and it's true sadness at the way blizzard seemed to be going, then.
