That's "Advanced Campfire" - it's only available to those who are at least Grand Master in Archaeology as you then discover the wonderful device called "Flint & Tinder" (http://www.wowhead.com/item=4471) and "Simple Wood" (http://www.wowhead.com/item=4471) that you need to actually make fire. "Basic Campfire" just uses an inferior Zippo.
