@Hogleg Not at all. I've had one of these for going on two years now (Got it back when it was the Belkin N52te). At first it takes a bit of getting used to, but now there's no way I could ever go back to using just my mouse and keyboard.

Makes it easy to move and DPS and not stand in crap. Improved my game performance 10 fold.
