WoW Moviewatch: Power Cataclysm remix

The challenge with this kind of video is that it plays off the original video. While I'm not a Kanye West fan normally, the original video for Power is actually kind of amazing. It was highly stylized, beautiful to watch, and chock full of symbols and allegory. It's so good that I had challenges ignoring my knowledge of the original while watching this parody. It's up to each viewer to decide whether the parody is a success, but I couldn't stop thinking about Power's actual video.

Im not a huge fan of montage video having made their own parody song is nice tho. Not a fan of kanye west however.

I'm sorry. Within 10 seconds, I had to turn it off because I utterly detest this kind of music. Personal preference, but I honestly cannot see why using this genre of music with WoW is a good idea.

I knew the first comments would just be people who dislike kanye but his latest album is very very good and we must remember that everyone has different tastes. That said this video was very good I liked how they kept some lyrics intact but yeah the original video would be hard to top.

I've never been a huge fan of Kanye West or the music he makes, but that being said.
This was a very well made video using the clips from Blizzard. The lyrics are actually not that bad, and the music fits the vid clips.
I actually quite like it.

I like kanye west.
I mean I like his music, he's kind of a douche.
I liked the music and the video, it was very impressive and he has kanye's voice down perfectly.

I'm a huge Kanye fan, and this parody video is pretty hilarious. It's kinda hard to top the original video by him but this was definitely worth my time. It's odd to see people actually disliking the guy. He's done so much for communities and helping other, I guess playing a real douche bag gets you more enemies than friends.
I'm just curious what realm he plays on though.

I agree very nicely done video. I wish lyrics came with it. i had a hard time hearing the words. :) BUt other than that a fantastic job.
