Calling it right now: boat racing will go the way of the dod...dance studio.

It won't be hard to implement, since we already have something similar with Brewfest.Dance studio? I still think it's just a bad joke/pun gone viral. I mean... the amount of effort that needs to be put in is just ridiculous.

Gambling on races in Shimmering Flats has actually been planned since the original alpha. Thousand Needles racing went the way of the dance studio before the dance studio was ever announced.

@ SRIt was actually in the official Wrath of the Lich King advertisement trailer.

Oh but according to the trailer they promised "NEW DANCES" not directly "dance studio".I'm sure there was some model or transformation that had NEW DANCE so its all gooood.Right?...

It said "New Dances", and when people kept asking about it, a CM slipped up and said "the Dance Studio is still coming."Lines of code have also been found that directly reference the Dance Studio. You would pick out each part of your dance, and could add preset moves, and save them. One of the preset endings was an Arcane Blast-style move.

But we got a dance studio. And an achievement for not dying in it. And loot from the guy hanging out there if we beat him.
