You mention that all serious PvE rogues should have 3/3 Precision. Yet in your previous post, Encrypted Text: A Cataclysm 101 guide for rogues, both of your recommended specs for Assassination and Subtlety only have 2/3 Precision. Are those specs outdated now or are they just for those who have BiS gear, as you mentioned on the previous page?
