Chase I think you are mistaken that 3/3 Precision is only worse than 2/3 Precision at BiS levels. And because of that I think you really need to include the hit rating values you need with 2/3 Precision. Lastly please stop talking about reforging it is unbelieveably simple to know how to reforge if you know the EP values for your stats, which you didn't talk about at all.
