On a high pop server like mine, prices of these are already being driven down so much that they're almost at-cost to make. A stack of Cinderbloom on my server can be between 100 and 120g. That makes 5 Fortune cards, which sell for about 24-27g on my server. That means, depending on what you're buying your herbs for and depending on what you're selling the Fortune Cards for, you're really not making any profit at all (if you're buying at 120g and selling at 24g, you're not making any profit - in fact you're not quite making a profit because you have to buy the parchment too). Anyway, I can easily see these not being sold much fairly soon, not because people won't buy them (because they will) but because it's just not that profitable to sell them.
