Rated battlegrounds now award honor at conquest point cap

This is a awesome change!! I kept hoping they would do that after you hit the cap. Good thing to as you can use Honor awards to fill in briefly til you get enough Conquest points. Which is like Heroics gear: used to fil in until you have enough Justice Points.
