Amen to that. Please people, don't just stack haste because you read it was slightly better somewhere. You need to max them all when appropriate. When I look at armories and see mastery values at XX.99 with some mastery pieces reforged to haste, I want to cry.

I don't really see the connection, since what little testing I've done indicates that expertise remains the only rating-based stat that matters only in whole number increments.
The mastery tooltip on the character pane, it's worth noting, rounds the effect to the nearest whole percent (at least for all the masteries I've looked at personally), but even that doesn't indicate a jump at whole points of mastery.

@Boobah I don't think he's referring to the small increments, so much as stacking one stat to the exclusion of others. Or at least that's what I was talking about.
