I only give a group 3 opportunities to make amends for mistakes before I start kicking them or leaving. I os tank for my guild raids but ms dps. I often find myself tanking by the end of a heroic because there are some stubborn douchebags out there. One tank I ran with was using warglaive to tank with and was bad bad bad. Then a healer was using pvp trinkets from 80 to heal with.

People know the average item level required for this crap but they insist on being assholes. I'm supposed to care for these tools?
