I like how this guy directs us to a forum topic on elitist jerks and then doesn't follow it. The glove enchant for assassination rogues is mastery, not haste. Also, rogues aren't touching the expertise cap, most are actually reforging any expertise they can into something else.

Yes. I was under the impression Assassination Rogues wanted Agility > Hit > Mastery. Expertise just isn't worth sacrificing more important stats at this point.

Sadly, the enchant uses Maelstrom Crystals which the author says he doesn't advise using for enchants right now but if you want to spend the money you can.
