You know, if they are worried about enchanting becoming to profitable, they could probably throw wand making to a different profession. Jewelcrafters could make "Scepters", or maybe leatherworkers in a future patch could cobble something together out of bone. Just because enchanters make wands at lower levels doesn't mean some other profession couldn't make them now.

Engineers lost a major source of income came Cata: bullets and arrows. What if Blizz would allow them to make wands? I could think of a [Spy's laz0r ballpen] or something like that.
