If you need greens, befriend or roll a JC and have him make however many thousands of ring you feel like disenchanting. The vast majority of the dust and essences on the AH comes from Jewelcrafters, not random BoE drops.
Save those scrolls for later when prices have adjusted. I purchased hundreds of those 5g scrolls and they're now selling nicely for 40-80g.
If the guildies won't tip, the correct answer is: "I don't have that enchant." Use an alt to post the scrolls they need on the AH.
If you need crystals, pick up Alchemy and make your own. We call it the Golden Triangle for a reason (Enchanter - Jewelcrafter - Alchemist).

You do realize that the new and improved guild screen allows everyone to view your professions, right? Lying to your guildies might not be the best way to go.
Quote 'em a price, and sell them.
Personally, I don't take money from my guildies- I don't say that to pass judgment, just to acknowledge that my relationship to my guild doesn't necessarily mirror anyone else's.
