It looks like people working on Tol Barad never talk to each other.

Dev1: "Drat, people are doing TB quests as team. Oh, I know! I'll remove multi-drop for quest item, so there will be no benefit in grouping for this quest!"

Dev2: "Drat, people are doing TB quests solo. Oh, I know! I'll make Tank and Problim unstoppable! This way people will be forced to group for these quests!"
