I love the PWS buff, even as Shadow. PWS was currently useless - even just solo'ing non-elites, it'd be gone in 1 hit. It'll also help for the OH SHIIIIII moments in a group/raid when I need to bail someone out.

Also, reducing mana costs on buffs = thank god. It'd take like 30% of mana just to cast 2 buffs.
