Sorry to thread-jack but this is way too important to be buried on page 9000:

Zarhym confirmed that the Chaotic metas ARE being reverted in the patch despite it not yet reflected in the notes, and what's more, three new metas are being added (agi/crit, str/crit, and int/crit):
