You should have raging blow available for a good 80-90% of the time, possibly more.Funny thing about all this is, I don't see anything in these changes that will change execute spam under 20%. I really hope they don't nerf the damage, but maybe put a 3 second cooldown on it, so you can weave in a BT or RB in there.
