Wind Shear is indeed the greatest interrupt of all time. I harbored resentment of it back when my main was a Rogue and kick cost 25 energy. While I agree it's best for enhancement to cover interrupts in raids, I urge all ele and resto Shaman to use it in Heroics whenever possible. A prot warrior with Heroic Throw on cd can become your new best friend.
