I play PS3 games all the time while I'm playing wow.

When I'm just screwing around in wow, or waiting for the raid to fill up , or waiting for a healer to log on.

When my hands leave the keyboard and mouse, they are usually reaching for the PS3 controller.
Well, that or the laptop, where I also have wow going, but that is another story.

I pump myself up with Super Meat Boy on the 360, which makes heroics easier by comparison.
