To clarify my point (I'm g31337) regarding Blood Shield Tracker, that the addon serves two functions:

1. Tracks if you have a Blood Shield up (and how much is left on it). This is easy, because it's a buff, and when you're taking enough damage for it to matter Blood Shield will probably be consumed within 1 GCD.

2. Tells you when you'll be healed for more than the minimum heal. This is easy if you're Rainman and you're not juggling multiple tanking CD's while picking up adds. Definitely easy.

I've found that #2 can make the difference between being able tank do a heroic, and being able to tank one without with out CC and solo the last 30% of heroic Rajh.
