In regards to the boss changes: This game is now too easy! QQ! I remember when Cataclysm was challenging, but it's now all nerfed and boring!

I know... Mend Rotten Flesh was what made the Baron Ashbury fight so much fun.

No Mind Rotten Flesh made the fight impossible if you didn't have more than 1 interrupter, as he cast it multiple times per cycle and usually right after his nova, which made the fight require two short-cd interrupts. It also was ridiculously unforgiving, it had an awfully short cast time for a 10% heal.

@N-train:
It's very unlikely that pug groups will only have 1 interrupt for Ashbury. In the unlikely circumstance that groups do only end up without enough interrupts, then the solution is not for Blizzard to remove Mend Rotten Flesh. Longer cast time, heal for less, longer cooldown, whatever. There are plenty of alternatives to be explored before just outright removing the only difficult part of the fight.

I got the ashbury achievement today. We had a dk dps, pally tank, mage, and shallow healer. We had plenty of interupts. Couldn't get the other achieve though.

@Avan difficult part of the fight? since when was interrupting hard? The fight was hard because without melee dps you have 1 1-minute interrupt thus you either have to have enough dps to overcome his mend flesh or his stay of execution which isn't likely to happen when people are trying to gear for raids.

Theres 3 interrupt things you should do on the fight and it lasts for more than minute.
I was in group with: Paladin tank (40 sec cd), hunter (surv, no interrupt), mage (24 sec cd, sometimes too busy tunneling), warlock (refused to use felhunter cos "imp is destro" (24 sec cd pet interrupt)) and me as healer (no interrupts apart from 2min racial).
Thats 2 interrupts with long cds and its barely enough thro whole fight.
It certainly wasnt easy, barely manageable. I think its good that its gone because it gives bit more room for wider variety of groups.

The problem with the fights was not that the bosses were too hard.
It is that the player-base expected to be able to faceroll everything like they did at the end of WotLK, and had become impatient and self-absorbed, not expecting things to be a challenge.
So they whine until Blizz makes certain encounters easier because they can't adapt.
Ozruk is not hard. It is all the tank. Side-step, run, side-step, run. Rinse, repeat.

So why are they buffing some bosses if they're just trying to appease the QQers? Or are going to claim that they're buffing those bosses to appease the people QQing about content being too easy?
As talented as the game developers are, they rarely get things tuned perfectly on the first pass. Sometimes things need nerfed, and sometimes things need buffed. It's not surprising then that some things are getting nerfed, and other things are getting buffed. It has nothing to do with community QQ and everything to do with observation of events on live realms.

Yeah, it's pretty obvious that some fights were just overtuned. Ridiculously hard compared to other fights. Nazjir in TotT is one. 5 abilities and things you HAD to know as a tank. She had to be interrupted, moved out of void zones (which are cast immediately after the big cast), then the adds, plus the whirlpools during the adds. Its riduculous. Yes, i figured it out finally, so I shouldn't have any more problems, but i can't be alone in thinking why are the fights so hard for the tank but a cakewalk for everyone else the majority of the time.
I really like the last boss in BRD (err the new cataclysm dungeon, not the old BRD), where the tank just basically sits there. More of those please. And the joy when people started QQing at the dps for screwing up.

I got kicked from a LFD PUG upon joining once, because they needed an interrupt that was faster than my 24s CD. Made me pretty mad, even opened a ticket about it. Maybe instead of removing it they could have just lengthened the time between casts.
