All they really seem to be doing is balancing out some of the skewed boss difficulty in some of the heroics. They're slightly nerfing some of the harder fights (like Setesh, which is a bitch in a pug) and buffing some of the joke ones (like Ptah or Anraphet).

It's not the end of the world guys. You're still not gonna be able to ROFLSTOMP them like the people on MMO-Champ are crying.
