The Reputation Pane now saves which reputation categories are expanded or collapsed.

How Convenient! Original + 3 Expansions worth of factions needed this.

I already fixed this by setting all of my exalted and unused to the bottom. Was a pain to get through them all, but my rep screen is nice and clean, now.
