My favorite change of all is "The Reputation Pane now saves which reputation categories are expanded or collapsed." Thank you so much for this fix.
I can't believe all the heroic nerfs. I guess all the QQ on the forums worked. =(

Well maybe I'm just getting old and/or set in my ways, but I don't mind the heroic nerfs. Sure I enjoy a challenge, but if I've got a good group together and the heroic is so involved (not necessarily hard, but involved) that 2 hours later we're very happy to have downed all the bosses...and then we need to take a mental break and a stretch...with my work and sleep schedule, I can only manage 1 heroic a night. Yep, guess I'm a casual...a pretty good one, though. I'm hoping these "nerfs" are for fine-tuning the dungeons so they're still challenging and fun while making them more manageable. Don't worry, there will be plenty of opportunities for bad groups to fall apart.
Also, happy I'm getting my human trinket back. :D And thank you Blizzard for fixing the Chaotic gem requirements!!
Can someone explain this statement? "Denounce now has a spell overlay." I'm not quite getting it.

Well, but the thing is that Blizz has said "we don't want heroics to be easy". If you are having trouble with heroics, run normals...that's what they are there for.
This is just carry over from wrath, were heroics were ez mode. dungeons < heroics < raids, it's all about where your play style fits in. I welcome the difficulty level of heroics, and I do not feel that one day it would be a good idea for Blizz to turn down teh difficulty on raids so that random pugs can roll them...keeping heroics difficult helps this barrier stay up.

As a healer (and let's face it, the healer almost ALWAYS gets blamed for wipes), I welcome any changes that make heroics more forgiving. I dislike the idea of having to spend tens of thousands of gold on crafted gear before I can reasonably expect to successfully heal a heroic PUG (I'm talking about the LFD tool here). Sure, I can run normals, but what happens when I get the last gear upgrade from them? Keep on running them for fun and a measly 75 JP per day? No MMO, or any game for that matter, is fun when you have nothing more to gain or the possible gains are very few and far between - especially for those of us who have at most a couple hours of playtime any given day.
Heroics should stand between normals and raids, with a smooth progression from one to the next. This has to stand for PUGs as well as guild groups. If it takes a few nerfs for heroic PUGs to actually succeed 90% of the time (as opposed to the 50% or less I see now), that's what Blizzard needs to do.
