Most of these things aren't really huge nerfs, either. No boss got a 10% damage or health hit here, we're talking about adding seconds and half-seconds to cast times, logistical and bug fixes, and small modifiers in damage. Mend Rotten Flesh was the only ability to be removed, and most of the very tough fights (Ripsnarl, Rahj, etc.) weren't touched.
The fact remains that groups will still have to be knowledgeable and skilled to overcome these bosses, they just don't have to worry about those random tricky bosses that always seem far too easy or too hard compared to the rest of the instance.
