Well, but the thing is that Blizz has said "we don't want heroics to be easy". If you are having trouble with heroics, run normals...that's what they are there for.

This is just carry over from wrath, were heroics were ez mode. dungeons < heroics < raids, it's all about where your play style fits in. I welcome the difficulty level of heroics, and I do not feel that one day it would be a good idea for Blizz to turn down teh difficulty on raids so that random pugs can roll them...keeping heroics difficult helps this barrier stay up.
