WoW Moviewatch: Play Your Class
Work warning: There's a touch of naughty language in this video. Click here to see it!
The lyrics and video for Play Your Class were created by Tyrannothefirst while the singing was performed by SilverLetomi. The video is a lot of fun. It has a playful tone to it that feels like it's really celebrating good times in the game. The vocals were largely pretty good, though there were a few places that I'm not sure if the tone was an accident or intended to be satirical.
Overall, Play Your Class was an enjoyable experience. I'm not quite sure it's something I'll be replaying around the house, but it was a good ride while it lasted.

That was a fun listen! :D No, not the super-est in terms of vocal or video quality, but it was fun and up-beat and pretty well done. ^^ Keep it up, Tyrannothefirst and SilverLetomi, I think you have potential!

I greatly enjoyed myself while watching this. I really don't see where the hate of her voice is coming from. But then again I don't turn the volume up so high that I'll be wearing a hearing aid within the next 3 years and most people I know have TERRIBLE bass issues with their speakers.
Me? I put it to a volume for easy listening and my speakers have never had irritating problems.
Sure, it's not the greatest thing ever to exist but could you point out who the hell claimed it was and even *further*...who said it HAD to be? It's well-structured, it's coherent (as opposed to someone playing rock/punk/metal/rap/etc over a bunch of seemingly random clips) and it was just plain fun.
If you claim 'oh my ears, they BLEEEEEEEEEEEED!!111!', then please check yourself into therapy because you are insane. Just be glad I didn't suggest the looney bin.

Usualy not a fan of music video machinima but I like this one. For those of you who's ears hurt....turn down volume.

I liked it. The singer acknowledges (on the YouTube page) that the vocals were a challenge for her, and that she can do better. But similar to what MechaKingGhidra said, why does every Machinima have to be pro-quality in all its aspects? It's "fan fiction", take it at face value, enjoy it for what it's intended for, and move on.

I don't get why people are being so negative about the singing in this song. It's not the most polished thing ever, but it's NOT bad singing. People are so damn spoiled by professionally edited music these days.
I really enjoyed the message of the video though. We should just PLAY the game and stop being so angsty over every little thing.

I didn't have a problem with the vocals. Not super-slick pro, no, but I thought they were fine. What bothered me more was fact that the refrain sections were exact repeats of the same clips every time. A little variety in there would go a long way.

So many people complaining for the sake of complaining. I'd like to see you do better.
I for one enjoyed the lack of autotune, and it gets better as it goes.

I cannot get enough of "Raise your glass" right now, it's my new favorite Pink song, so this was a lot of fun to see.
I also loved that it wasn't a belf, this was the kind of video that would've easily been made with yet another belf female, and I was so happy to see the Draenei change of pace.
Which begs the question, when are we gonna start seeing the Worgen ladies on the wow music video circuit?

Weak needs some vocal work.
