Aldriana in EJ (unfortunately I don't remember the post's thread) discussed this topic and his recommendation is replacing the MH by a fast dagger only is the fast dagger is TWO tiers above a slow MH. Obviously a fast dagger of that caliber will not be available until possibly next patch. Therefore a 1.8 iLvL 333 and a 1.4 iLvL 346 is still better than two 1.4 iLvL 346.
