Such a crying shame Blizzard left so much lore out of the actual game. When are the profits and only the profits enough Blizzard?I look at this game now and the "Golden Goose" fairie tale reverberates in my head.

What does profits have to do with it? If Blizzard tried to do all of the things done in the novels and comics, it'd be a bunch of week-long events that required constant patching, adjusting and changing, and then they'd be gone forever, leaving a lot of people confused over why this and why that because they didn't play when the events occurred.

In speaking with the printed literature staff at the Blizzcon charity dinner, I brought up this subject regarding a large gap between the books and game lore. They want to make it connect but because its two different groups, its hard for them to work it out.And in regards to making money on the books.. they don't . They actually lose money .I was surprised when the gentlemen (who's name I can't reacall -.-; ) told me this.
