Is comparing your game to World of Warcraft really such a good idea?

I had a Game Gear, so I totally loved that ad when I was growing up.

I think Sacco is a bit off base here. While there is no doubt on some level these adverts are preaching to everyone including owners of the subject being ridiculed, if you view these ads and you become pissed off, you are NOT the target market; your loyalty is already at such a level that you won't be swayed.
