I am really happy with the priest class changes, but I am curious about the decision to buff mind blast -- (though it needed it) when there has yet to be an increase to the damage mind sear does -- though they mentioned quite a bit ago they weren't happy with it.

If you go back to a few days ago (the patch notes), you will notice that they buffed mind sear. What I dont get is how this ability went under their radar. Holy Nova does more dps and costs less to cast than Mind Sear does. Luckily, 4.0.6 will change that.

@Lipstick"Mind Sear can now be channeled on friendly targets in addition to enemy targets. In addition, Mind Sear's damage has been increased by roughly 15%."Seems like a fairly good upgrade considering we can now aoe an additional target and do 15% more damage overall.

If this is just a list of changes from the last version of the PTR, then Mind Sear already got both a damage buff and the ability to target friendly targets with it (since it doesn't do any damage to the actual target, this eliminates the 'guess which mob will die last' game shadow priests are currently forced to play when AoEing.)

OOh ooh, I know how to win at the "guess which mob will die last" game. If you're in my battlegroup, is usually the skull :\

My mistake, I guess I didn't see -those- patch notes. I try to keep up to date on all the changes, but I must of missed that one. Thanks guys =)
