I told a housemate about WoW when I moved into a craigslist apartment. (You read that right; he's a 35-year-old single IT worker who'd never *heard* of WoW before.) That was about 3 months ago. He now has around 9 characters levels 35-80 and spends every waking moment he's not working or showering in his room playing. Yup, I created one of THOSE players.
