The Queue: All aboard the knuckle train to Fist Planet

I really hope the rest of you guys caught the Adventure Time marathon on Cartoon Network yesterday, too. There is no better time than Adventure Time.
Darasen asked:
Do items like Mithril Spurs and Carrot on a Stick make a worgen's running wild ability move faster (where level-appropriate, of course)? If so, am I the only one that finds the idea of kicking yourself to go faster or dangling a carrot in front of yourself humorous?
I'm not sure mount speed enchantments or items even exist anymore, especially the Carrot; but if they do, yes, they would affect Running Wild. Crusader Aura does.
Birdog asked:
I seem to have noticed a lack of Shifting Perspectives articles on feral (specifically cat spec) druids. Are they lumped in with bear or do you not have a writer for that? If you don't, do you need/want one?
Our editor-in-chief, Dan O'Halloran, will be writing a regular feral cat column starting this week. Allison will continue to write bear and tree articles, and Tyler will also continue in his boomkin writings uninterrupted.
Robert asked:
Is there confirmation on the valor points we have turning into justice points on 4.1 release?
I don't think we actually have confirmation on this yet, but it seems likely, given Blizzard's long-term plans for Cataclysm currency. I imagine we'll hear more about these plans as we get closer to 4.1's release some time in the next several months.
PocketFox asked:
Has there been any word on why Mythical Healing and Mana Potions don't exist as drops from mobs? Is it just to give alchemists a steady source of income?
Again, no official word, but since it hasn't been acknowledged as a bug, we have to assume that it's intended. It seems to fall in line with the new, larger health pools and the mana management game classes are playing now.

Where are my prot paladin articles?
biggjudicem Jan 16th 2011 1:21PM
^this
Kar Jan 16th 2011 1:51PM
I feel like a broken record on this topic.
They really need to separate Prot and ret.
Qrmack Jan 16th 2011 2:45PM
I'd have to agree with you on seperating prot and ret, tired of having my weekly ret fixing interrupted with your tanking drivel. Btw, what happened with the non-holy paladin column?
Helasmoth Jan 16th 2011 6:05PM
Agreed, Holy Paladins see more article time than Prot and Ret combined it seems.
@ Qrmack: I'll remember that the next time you pull a mob you shouldn't have. :-P
lookinginsetx1977 Jan 16th 2011 6:22PM
I would like to know where the ret pally articles are? I am still waiting on an article about gear to be ready for raiding for ret pallys. Warlocks got one and the only ret pally article was about a month ago about the 101's of being ret. Sucks really

wow, that was hard.

Fiftededed. I'm so sick of reading about Holy Pallies, there are like two of you guys in the whole world. Also, when the column finally comes back and it's all about Ret... my prot buddies and I get a little upset. Separate them!
pancakes Jan 16th 2011 9:37PM
I think this is my fault guys. Before Cata came out, my main was a Warlock. I decided when cata came out to level a Paladin as my main. Who wants to guess how I'm Specced?

Here is your answer on the Ret and Prot columns.

Schadenfreude Jan 16th 2011 1:45PM
Adventure Time is the best show of all time.
Joker Jan 16th 2011 2:09PM
@Schadenfreude. Actually, the the cartoons from the launch of Cartoon Network up until the ending of Ed, Edd, n' Eddy (Pretty sure that was the last good one to end) are much, much, much, much (ect...) better.
I tried watching this and other CN shows when I was staying at someones house and had nothing to do, from what I've seen they made it and most of the other new cartoons for mentally disabled children.
Stupid people like you are the reason Megas XLR was canceled.
devilsei Jan 16th 2011 2:14PM
A shame the marathon couldn't happen earlier, Phat Loot Phriday could of featured the Armor of Zelderon.
devilsei Jan 16th 2011 2:18PM
And Joker, I happened to Love Megas XLR, and still managed to enjoy Adventure Time.
If you are going to be criticizing anythin on Cartoon Network, start with all the "live-action" bull that's streaming on it now. They got lazy rip-offs and copies from older shows, that fail to live up to what they used to be.
Destroy, Build, Destroy? Junkyard Wars was much more awesome
Hole in the Wall? Been done before, much better too.
Dude What would happen? Come on, its not even worthy to lick the lion poop ball in Mythbusters.
Mattimus Jan 16th 2011 2:32PM
@Joker
I was actually of the opinion that Ed, Edd, and Eddy was completely idiotic when it came out, and I love Adventure Time.
It's all about preference, friend. There's no reason to attack people over it. Stupid people like you are the reason the Internet is such a crappy place sometimes.
ZeroDesu Jan 16th 2011 2:53PM
I MISSED A MARATHON?! Q o Q NOOOOOOOOOO...
I still haven't gotten to see most of the episodes, but I love that show... curse you, Cartoon Network, for betraying me! Every day they have an Adventure Time marathon, it's on a day I'm hanging out with friends and can't watch it...
lazymangaka Jan 16th 2011 2:53PM
Adventure Time has singularly renewed my faith in modern cartoons. So much of what has come out post-2003 or so has been terrible to the point where I can't even turn off my brain and watch it.
Adventure Time, though, is amazing.
