Just to point out, Fire from the Sky DOES in fact award Ramkahen rep. I can't remember how much, having hit Exalted a while ago, but I want to say it was around 450.

Me, too, Necro! Also, it seems to be fixed now. All the mobs spawn and move predictably and dropping shells on them kills 'em. No more bombing stationary invulnerable soldiers!
