Only 500 haste? How is that even possible at level 85 o.O To give you an example - in 346 gear I am hitcapped, I have around 560 crit, 1890 haste and 25% mastery, so to have both haste and crit that low is quite incredible if you're in 333/346 gear.

Are you using Earth Shock at between 7-9 stacks of Lightning Shield? Using Earth Shock on cooldown is not the correct way to go.

There's a ton of int mail available from justice points, and 2 craftable pieces (plus a rare craftable weapon and an epic shield that is only beaten by a heroic raid shield.) Plus there is a great mail hat and legs and belt available through rep, so there is really no excuse for wearing 346 leather, as there is much less RNG involved in gearing up.

Are you using CL when there are 2 targets or more? Do you keep Searing Totem up? Are you using Fire Elemental at every boss?
