Patch 4.0.6 patch note updates for Jan. 19

Dungeons & Raids
- Deadmines
- Foe Reaper 5000
- Foe Reaper 5000's health has been reduced slightly. In addition, he now enrages at 40%, up from 30%.
- When enraged, Molten Slag spawn 33% faster.
- Vanessa VanCleef
- Some boat fires will now go out when Vanessa VanCleef is defeated, making it easier to get back onto the ship from the cavern entrance.
- Vengeance of VanCleef has been redesigned. It is now a stacking buff that increases damage dealt, size, and attack speed, and stacks up to 40 times. Vanessa will begin casting this as soon as she jumps back onto the boat after detonating charges.
- Drums of War no longer lowers the rage cost of Piercing Howl.
- Mortal Strike cost has been reduced by 5 rage.
- Addons section removed (these changes are only relevant to addon authors, most of whom have direct contact with UI developers to discuss patch updates)

In the patch notes, there was a section talking about API-related stuff that affected what addons could do with/to the UI. As they said, it was largely relevant only to addon authors, and was sometimes confusing.

Just that they're not going to talk about AddOns and lua changes in the patch notes anymore. The things they're saying in that section often make sense to authors and confuse the rest of us, causing a flood of unfounded emails and rage threads.

If you write an addon that replaces the worgen sniffle with a blank sound file, you will be recognised as a saint.

I always thought it would be fun to roll a "GenderCheck" addon that "secretly confirms if its a guy or a girl playing that toon" but really just having it be an RNG "coin flip"

Just visited the PTR and the trade goods for JPs vendor is in.
200JP for 1 Hypnoitic Dust. 2500JP for a stack of cloth. And no Chaos Orbs.
Pointless except to burn huge amounts of excess JPs for negligible return.

A stack of cloth, that is four bolts. This puts the point price of one embersilt bag (15 bolts) roughly in the arena of an armor set... if there were some to buy for JP...
