As Frosty is often to explain, Haste is a tricky stat to weigh.

Haste plateaus, diminished returns, etc etc etc.

GENERAL rule of thumb is get to 8% haste (1st haste plateau) then go crit and mastery. As Frosty explained on WHU the other day, with the 4.0.6 changes (still not set in stone), BM has the best chance of hitting the 2nd Haste plateau, needing only about 11% more haste to fit one more CobraShot into our rotation.
