I always joke that if it wasn't for the fact that I am abysmal at improv, I would have transferred to an RP server years ago.

I found it curious that in Hyjal, my druid chose to kill the harpy, didn't even think twice about it. Before Wrath, she wouldn't have, but her experiences in Icecrown has made her much more ruthless, I think. After all, she's had to release the souls of fallen comrades and innocent natives. She's delved into the horrors of Icecrown Citadel itself. She has seen the depths of corruption and understands that sometimes unpleasant things need to be done to preserve what is natural.

My priest, on the other hand, let the harpy go. She dinged 80 long before Storm Peaks, so was never "tainted" by the horrors of Icecrown.
