It depends on my mood but I have, and still do, sometimes /say with the NPCs. I do it every time with the Harrison Jones quest where he starts up something and says that it was ez. I'll smack him upside his head and tell him to stop jinxing us or something along that line.
The quest I always had trouble with was on the horde side in Tarren Mill when you had to go and poison the dog named Stanley. One of my Chihuahuas is named Stanley (he was named that before I ever rolled a horde character) and I always felt bad about doing that quest. If I was questing with a friend and we got it, they had to talk me into doing it but if I was doing the zone alone, I'd skip it.
