This change makes Glyph of Chain Lightning much more viable for raiding on any add-heavy fights such as Halfus. In an absolute best case scenario, you would be able to max out a LS shield stack AND regen up to 20% of max mana in a single cast, making Earthquake usable all that much more since mana will be much less of an issue.
