When you spend your entire existence hanging out in a dungeon you develop a different perspective on these things, I guess.

It will probably be worse actually giving birth to all those pointy-chinned dragon babies.

Sturmovic, dragons lay eggs, so no pointy spiky babies.
Altho, if you look at the Netherflight eggs, they are pointed, covered in crystals.

Thankfully for Sinestra, dragons hatch from eggs, rather than being born live.

The "secret" about Sinestra:
***spoiler alert***
The secret isn't just that she's there. The secret is that she is incubating eggs, which is why I think she is all in the lava. Those eggs need a lot of heat to incubate. Those eggs represent the last of the black/twilight dragonflight that Deathwing was creating for himself. What we as wow players just did was save the world from the creation of an army of Deathwing offspring from being born. Supposedly, the dragon we killed in the twilight highlands was supposed to be the last brood mother, but Deathwing was all sneaky and had Sinestra incubating another batch of dragons in the stronghold under Cho'Gall.
By taking out Sinestra, we have taken out the last of Deathwing's breeders.
