Agreed. I wish Tol'vir had thier own cool down cycle. Personally, I'd be happy if Tol'vir couldn't even be accessed until 525 and level 85, but was on it's own cycle - maybe three spots per day, randomly spawned, in addtition to other sites on Kalimdor. Also, i'd be nice to have a small tol'vir spot somewhere in the Eastern Kingdoms.
